Melbourne chef, Joseph Vargetto, is the head chef and owner of Mister Bianco, Massi and Fondata 1872.
Joe was inspired from an early age by his mother’s Italian home cooking and has gone on to establish various iconic restaurants throughout Melbourne.
With his style and vision to continue to develop new food projects, we were excited to work with Joe on a number of initiatives.
The photo shoot for the digital platform reflects Joe’s unconventional and exciting approach to food.
